Today is my first day at a whole new place...its a damn big organisation and even though i wasn't really prepared to rot there for half a year, somehow i'm beginning to feel the buzz...today is orientation so basically walk here and there and do nothing, made security pass and took photo, fill in some paper and ended the day with a meeting with EC...what he said to us really just set me buzzing..

My schedule is out...
For the next 6 months i will be working on Sat Sun Mon Tue, off on Wed, school on Thur and Fri.

6 weeks in Premium kitchen
6 weeks in Japanese kitchen
2 weeks in Dim Sum kitchen
6 weeks in Chinese kitchen
2 weeks in Muslim kitchen
4 weeks in Indian kitchen

Was really shocked that ck and me got the chance to go Premium kitchen, its where they prepare food for First and Biz class, menus and recipes sold to us by some famous chefs around the world...its the first time trainees got the chance to go premium kitchen, and the reason EC gave us was really flattering so must gambatei!!!

Went to trim my hair after work, got stab by the saloon boss, i ask her cut shorter but she relunctant to cut...then when she finish cutting she told me 'aiyo don't cut so short lah...your gf don't like leh'
