Haven't been posting since i went Cambodia...
We went Siem Reap for 3 days where we visit the Angkor Wat,
then off to Phnom Penh for the other 3 days where we shop around.
I started school last week, quite disappointed with the way things are being conducted in school...not as professional as it seems to be...
Maybe it just the beginning..hope things will become better as time goes by...
And the class size just got bigger and bigger. Some of my classmates barely have any basic food knowledge...sad...end of the day its still $$$ over "best professional culinary arts education"
Actually i have witness another class discussion today where they have already decide to write in a petition to voice their concern over the conducting of the course and also the creditability of a lecturer.
