Today for the first time i was in chinese kitchen without the supervision of any senior commis or chef, which mean i gotta do everything by myself from preparing stocks to cutting veg, roasting Char Siew to replenishing all the stuff used up the prev night, every dish i cook chef stev also say no need to try, wow so happy!
One thing good mean another thing bad, chef bok thinks i'm okay enough to do chinese side which mean he wanna put me in rotational shift...! Haha but i told him i'm still under 3 month probation, and his reaction damn comical, i like that funny look on his face haha...

Anyway wei, 'miss' is present; 'missed' is past so my interpretation is either you used to miss us in the past(which mean not now anymore) or you 'missed' people who are no longer around!

Anyway just some thoughts, its amazing how life can be...
people whom were so close yet not even friends to remain...
people whom you dislike yet gotta smile at and talk nicely to...
people whom you need not say too much to yet knows everything...
people whom you always been around yet don't even know you...
