Today's the 4th day on my new job...
All I can say is 'WOW'
I mean you really have to be in it to know it!
Way better way superior to many many companies out there...
Did so much things these few days...
Prepared all breakfast and lunch items for the past few days with lessons and orientation in between...
13-14hours at work everyday...Damn! It is tiring at the end of the day but you go home with the satisfaction and unlike MFLG where we left cursing and swearing about every possible things that happened. The people, the passion really makes my days a lot better..
Got many talented individuals coming as a team...My team have got a couple of peeps who had work experience as Chef de Parties in several 5* hotels and also a former Chef of the year award winner! Wow! Its certainly my pleasure to work with peeps who understand what i mean when i express my ideas and not go along the line of '么烂也' '好俗' '及磷恶心' when that damn fella don't even have an idea, any trained culinarians will have a conceptual mindset of what they want when it comes to putting things on a plate, the attention to details, the colour, the visual, the taste...damn everything! But not at **** where everything is flat on the tongue, flat on the plate, and black in colour!
Come'on man! So looking forward to everything!
