What a tiring day today...almost working non-stop once i step into the kitchen at 7,
got out at 2 for a 15min makan and toilet break and back to the kitchen again...Didn't realise time passes by so fast...i only manage to finish my work half an hour after my knock off time...on my way home, i fell asleep on the bus and ended up at hougang.. :(
The moment i got home, mom ask me drove her to work and as usual...all that nagging and complaints...ridiculous~! She even scold me for not bring my dogs out for walks anymore..
After which i went AMK courts to get the fax machine my mom always wanted...
I don't understand whats her obsession with fax machine, but anyway i got a 4 in 1 so its pretty worth the $$.
Had dinner alone again for the umpteenth time...i really hate it. I hate this kind of life i'm leading.
I feel so empty at times. I love my job, but i just hate the situation i'm in.

Finally my new car is here...just collect it a couple of hours ago.
Having terrible headache now..
This whole week i'm working midnight shift, keep getting nonstop bombardment of calls the whole afternoon, i'm so damn tired already but who cares?

Time solves all problems.
Car deal is done,
Chef spoke to me regarding job promotion, so thats done as well.
Next i gotta confirm my place in school,
get myself prepared for ippt,
and reservist! OMG! Time to polish my boots...

I woke up at 3pm today and realise i slept half my day away..
Then after running errands for mom, i went orchard meet up with jing for a while then accompany W to her competition. That place so cold, i start to shiver the moment i went in, after registering, we went to a room where all the contestants were waiting, then W's name got called and she went off to the audition room.
While still waiting in the waiting room, a staff came in and call for "Marco Valentino"
Everyone in the room went "Wow" (wolf whistle in the background)
A slightly plump young teen, not too pleasant-looking Chinese guy put up his hand and the staff went over "Sorry ah, give you wrong registration no."
He look around and realise he's the man of the moment, the center of attraction in the room.
LOL! Everyone was expecting "Marco Valentino" to be "Stylo Milo" but what a turn-off!

Anyway W got to the next round w/o singing very well...or so she said..
Hmm...

Okay time to sleep, hope its a sunny day tomorrow...
I wanna go sun tan!

Yesterday i applied for urgent leave for tomorrow, lol and that was to go "support" W's singing competition. Hah!
Today ML came to work late..supposed to work at 3, he woke up at 4. Reach at 5, got scolded from Chef in front of everyone and Chef gonna get him a warning letter.

Talks of promotion have been going on for months now and i guess since now he stop talking about it then its K.O. for me already..
Just because i can't promise to stay for a year after promotion, just because he will get scolding if i got promoted and leave the hotel..I don't think that's fair. I thought promotion is recognition of good work performance and good working attitude.

Was thinking about this issue a couple of days ago...
Is it stupid to work for interest? (and get paid peanuts)
or
is it stupid to work for $ (when you dread your job)

Just came back from the PC show...today last day so was expecting to be very crowded, but it not as bad as imagined. Finally bought speakers which means that my whole PC system is now "All Black"

The school called me up to arrange for a 2nd interview, hope this time can get things right... Else guess i'll have to go aboard le..
